canya put a glass candle on a stove to liquefy it safely?
...
I am trying to organise the decoration of my reception hall, we are having 7 tables and a top table, on each table there will be a ‘fish bowl’ with white roses and black beads and ribbon, on top of a mirror with 4 tealight candles.
On the top table there will be a long row of white roses with some sort of black detail and black pillar candles on each end.
Do I need balloons in the room or will this be too much?
Also the tables will be moved for the evening reception after the meal but the flowers will still be there, would be nice to have bunches of black and white balloons in the corners of the room/ dance floor maybe?
I need them to use on my tables at a wedding. I need several. For around -2 a piece. I want the small ones. Preferably in a neutral brown but it doesn’t matter as long as they can be painted.
Just flying from NY to Miami. Since they are in glass jars, I’d rather have them in my carry on luggage instead of packing them in my checked baggage.
I saw an idea for an escort card where the there was a votice candle holder for each person, and which table they were at.
My question is, is there some sort of "at home" method to print the guests names and apply it to glass with it looking professional? Because the set up costs for every person can get expensive. But if there’s a printable material that you can use as a tranfer on glass, I would like to go that route.

My little boy knocked over a candle I had on the candle warmer and is all over the wall. Green! Does anyone know how to get it off without scraping the paint?
We are using 8′ banquet tables. The tableclothes are going to be brown and white gingham on 1 row of tables, and brown fabric on the next row, etc. We have a runner that is kind of a grass netting material. It’s a khaki color. Then we’re using hurricanes with pillar candles for the centerpieces, and then a couple of candles with cinnamon sticks hot glued to the outside of them for the scent and decor. They will all be spaced out. What else could we use on the tables to make it look fuller, so not thrown together? We have a country-outdoors theme.
the candles in the hurricanes will be red, so that’ll give it a little color.
I’m making big candles………….
My stupid dog managed to knock over a table last night that had a burning red candle on it. It got ALL over my white carpet and the wall. What’s the best way to remove it to save the carpet & the wall?
I’ve heard I should freeze the wax with ice and then scrape it off, and then iron over a brown paper bag to remove the rest of the wax. The only issue is I’ve also heard the heat can set the stain into the carpet. What can I do to make sure there’s no stain?
