I have to wash about 30 large satin tablecloths that were used at my Granddaughter’s wedding reception. Some of them have some candle wax on them. How do I remove this wax before I wash the tablecloths? Thanks for any help.

She would like a store that is local (no shipping charges), but not Michaels (not enough selection).

Does anyone know if there is a biological concept behind candle making. This can be just about anything from making wax, to making the wick, to melting wax and other substances together. Is there an enzyme or anything biological that happens in the process of making a candle.

It can be sent, color, texture, ANYTHING!

My wife dumped I would say a little over a cup of melted candle wax down our toilet and flushed it away. No surprise, it now is clogged up badly. It can barely take liquids at all, even a piece of toilet paper is enough to cause it not to get rid of all the water.

I tried plungering it forever to no avail, and also tried some foaming liquid plumber type stuff, also with no luck. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks much!

I run a small business from my home selling soy candles. My current supplier has good prices but as the business is growing I would like to cut costs and buy directly from the manufacturers. My current supplier is not willing to part with this information as they want to keep my business for themselves. I am mostly looking for glass jars and tins for the candles we make. I already have contracts with the manufactures of our wax and colors. I would also like any information on manufacturers of candle scents. I have been to a few trade shows but it’s still mostly middlemen suppliers and not the manufacturers.
