    try putting it in the freezer an hour-that works with those tarts for tealights.Or maybe boil them lightly in a pan watching them of course.

    an iron and a paper towel or cloth.or lightly scrape it off with a credit card or something similar

    I put my votives and jars that have candlewax on them in the refrigerator overnight — then the next day the wax just pops out. What ever is left over I scrub with a magic eraser and they turn out perfectly clean.

    I had to clean those little, glass votive candle holders every night at work for years.
    Scrape off as much as you can with a knife,…then fill it with boiling hot water,…the wax melts & you can use a paper towel to dry & polish the glass til it’s crystal clear. It doesn’t even leave any waxy residue at all.
