I love the Glad candles that come in the frosted glass holders. They come in all different scents. The problem is, the wick eventually burns down and there’s still quiet a bit of candle left in the holder. They aren’t the most expensive but they aren’t cheap either. I want to use the remainder of that candle for smell. How can I do this?

Get a heat proof dish.. I use a ramekin and get yourself a candle warmer… If you use a warmer the candles will last a whole lot longer than by burning them… You can just take the wick OUT when the wax is melted…. So, you get a lot more life from you ordinary candles.. PLUS there’s NO FIRE.. .Just be sure you keep it in a high place where you can’t knock it over.. Then you’d post How do I get candle wax out of the carpets !

    Good luck

you can put the remaining wax in the top of an oil burner and put a tea candle in the bottom to melt the glad candle wax and all the remaining sent will fill the room.

I might not try the melting the wax because of fire issues. Instead try scraping the wax out into wax shavings and put them in a fine mesh baggie and tie with a ribbon. It will be a nice little scent baggie that you could put in the bathroom.
