These are fairly common and are, unfortunately, probably recently made. If it is what I’m thinking, we have seen them with 4 to 8 crude figures holding hands in circle and facing inwards towards a central raised candle holder big enough for a votive or small pillar candle. The finish looks dirty and rough. These are being mass produced and sold in home stores, some craft stores, and "Fair Trade" stores.
