Take your ribbon and string a few of the beads on it for a little sparkle. Put taper candles in the openings of the bottles a day or two before, light them and let them burn until the wax starts dripping down the sides of the bottle like in Italian resturants. Wrap the ribbon around the bottle and tie with a pretty bow. Put a few tea lights around it on the table and light them and sprinkle a few beads so it will glitter. If you have a wider neck bottle you can even make a taper candle "boquet" to put in it.

just go and buy one. i never saw a "classy" looking candle holder from a bottle, wire, beads, etc.

    hit the dollar stores

    too much trouble for that

    clear glass vases can work

find something called a bobeche ( it holds candle drips)
i’ve seen them with pretty crystals hanging

Use a bubble bowl with decorative stones, colored bath salts, colored water with floating candles or a small flower wreath
