I know.. there are plenty of ideas out there but I want to create a warm feeling in such a cold area. (Not physically of course) In the hall, the walls are white the tables are long retangular plastic and white, the chairs are also white but match the tables. there are four skinny pillars in a rectangle painted tan (go figure) and the floors are the same color. there’s a small stage with navy blue curtains and brown carpeting. there is also two sets of flourescent lighting. Meaning two switches.. you can’t fade the lights seemlessly…Yes it’s an extremely ugly place and last year at the dinner we had these cheap little fish bowl candle holders and some sort of odd greenery surrounding about six on three long rows of white cold tables. Along with cold cut sandwiches and cold sodas and chips. This year it will be potluck so food will be heartier and warmer. We will have music and possibly a jazz band so with that.. how can i make the rest of the space better?

I love the look of candles in your windows. Usually you see the plastic stick candles with the light bulb in the top. I like this look from the outside, but not from the inside. I would rather have actual wax flameless candles in the windows. My question is, do you think these would give off enough light give the same look from the outside?

Freedom smashed the sword down-trying to catch Eron off guard. He blocked her…again, she yelled out in frustration. They had been in the ring for two hours neither of them gaining the upper hand, people had gathered at the pillars cheering and jeering at the show. She swung her sword over her head and flew to his unprotected side; he jumped out the way just in time.
Thinking fast she thrust the sword forward straight at his stomach, awkwardly he jumped backwards a grin playing on his beautiful face. His arms ready he laughed. Really angry now, she growled back. He took advantage of her anger and threw his sword down at her head. Stepping back from his attack she slipped on the temples stone floor. Cursing.
“ I-“ Eron began but was cut short as Freedom swung her legs under him and pushed herself off the ground in one graceful movement. She stomped on her sword with her feet caught it quickly and pointed it at his throat.
“I win” She declared, putting out her hand for him.
“Clever” Eron grumbled as she pulled him up. Much to her satisfaction little beads of sweat plastered his gold hair to his head.
“Third time this week!” She was elated by her success.
“Yes well after two years of solid training you would hope you could defeat me at some point” Freedom scowled at him.
“Two years is NOT a long how long did it take you to win against a teacher? A decade? Two?”
“Only one! Besides that’s not fair I don’t have unbreakable skin and speed a cheetah would be jealous of.” He said ruffling her hair.
Sighing she looked at the horizon from the cloudless blue to the red glow it sliced through the sky. Giving a clear indication where the Lupins were, where blood is split. Two weeks until her coronation, two weeks till she had to manage the entire Cave, the people, the land and the wars that her ancestors had begun.

“Why?” Selena asked distastefully “For all that is holy do you still have that thing?”
“Sam” Freedom said inclining her head at him” is a magnificent bird that is also the best messenger bird around.” She said more to the bird than Selena.
“Whatever I already knew you were insane-“Selena’s pupils suddenly grew -this was warning enough for Freedom to grab the bird and take cover behind a book case. There was a crack and splinters of the gold table stabbed the wall beside her and bounced off the bookcase, also gold. She crept round the book case Selena was kneeling on the floor wiping her brow and breathing heavily looking up she smiled woodenly at Freedom. Her eyes were cold as ice as she got up.
“Can I come to Consol with you?” she asked suddenly.
“I-Well yeah if you want…” Freedom stuttered as Selena got up and walked to the other side of the room to get ready behind a Black screen.
While she did this Freedom called to Sam who hopped happily onto her arm holding out his claw to show her a piece of parchment tied to his leg. She praised him with the crumbs off Selena’s lunch. Sighing she occupied herself by swinging her finger in and out of a black and gold candle flame. A few minutes later Selena walked out from behind the screen. A wave of fascination came over Freedom as she looked at her.

she wrote this poem for me and so now I will share it with you

The word Girlfriends refers to the relationship of friendship that exists between sisters, between a mother and her girl and between girls who are friends. But while selecting girlfriends on has to be very cautious, a there are good-natured as well as bad natured girlfriends.

Therefore, if you have a girlfriend, let her know that you cherish your relationship with her, and also that you care for her and love her, by giving her gifts or cards, or writing poems/ songs, for her. Treat your girlfriend in a special way on special occasions like Valentines Day or Friendships Day and convey to her the fact that she means the world to you.

Having a boyfriend makes a girl feel special and all blissful to find herself stationed in the seventh heaven. America was brought to a standstill this morning by the news of Monica Lewinsky’s tragic and untimely death.

Nowhere was the state of despair and sorrow more apparent then amongst TV talk show hosts and television presenters. Their sense of loss was clearly visible as they struggled to come to terms with the fact.

First hand reports are sketchy, but it now appears she died in an automobile accident after leaving a briefing with her lawyers.

Initial reports suggest they were speeding away from pursuing reporters who besieged them as they left the courthouse, where Monica had met with her legal team and a sub-justice committee panel.

Eyewitnesses said there were at least 14 photographers – some on motor bikes, others in big black Cadillacs, who pursued the car as the chauffeur sped off.

Police on the scene had to fight their way through a mob of reporters, amateur photographers and bystanders with video cameras who crowded around the wreckage.

It appears the driver of the black mercedes was killed instantly. Monica died of severe injuries in hospital, while her lawyer, the only passenger to be wearing a seatbelt, survived. He has horrendous dental injures and will have to undergo months of rehabilitation and reconstruction work to repair his teeth.

All America is shocked. Monica has had a profound effect on the Nation which has followed her development and transformation from a gawky young White House intern to a dazzling, attractive, intelligent beauty, more than capable of holding her own amongst the best legal brains in the country.

Even now, Americans are beginning to pay their respects by leaving flowers outside the White House, where she spent so much of her time. Many were weeping openly in the street and telling anyone with a microphone of their bereavement and sense of loss.

America is looking for answers. Did the FBI or CIA murder Monica because she was really pregnant? Had Bill Clinton proposed to her and were they about to be wed in secret? Was she concious in hospital and who was her final message delivered to?

Was she perhaps killed because she was about to announce her intention to speak out against landmines? Was she perhaps an Arab spy who had to be killed because she had blown her cover?

In further groundbreaking news we have just learned that Monica’s blue cocktail dress has been purchased by the Australian Daily Telegraph. Apparently, Piers Ackerman, had been negotiating a deal on behalf of the paper for some months. Readers of the Daily Telegraph can look forward to winning the dress in an upcoming promotion.

So at my wedding during the dance we’re having a guy from my church do the music. He has a sweet sound system but no lighting like most dances. SO I was wondering if anyone has any great ideas about decorating just for the dance. The whole room is going to be decorated GORGEOUS!!! But for the dance they’re going to clear out some tables and make room to dance on the dance floor. And I was thinking having like pillars- About 3 feet tall with a large round candle about 1 foot tall with a 7-10 in diameter with 3 wicks in it.

I dont know how to explain this…..

Imagine the dance floor… closest to the wall, and then on each side of the dance floor on the left and right edges NOT on the edge on the wall having two pillars on each side with these candles and then maybe two more pillars at the end of the dance floor like opposit from the wall.
