I got everything I could that was right on the top with a toothpick but I know it must’ve broken down and went into the tiny holes in the speaker. That I can’t get out. Do I have to take it to a repair shop or is there something I can do ?

The sweater is dark brown and the wax just kind of feels like a thick waxy oily substance, and it is grose
