Our centerpieces aren’t very large… They’re just hurricane vases (8" tall) with a white pillar candle and a red bow tied around the top of the vase.

We’re using rectangular tables and with the small centerpieces and nothing on either end of the table, it’s going to look very plain. I need some very inexpensive ideas because we’re on a tight budget.

We’re having a Christmas themed wedding and our colors are red, white, and silver. I don’t like the idea of rose petals scattered down the table either, by the way, it just seems to.. expected? I don’t know.

Anyways, please help!!

  1. Me says:

    - some non-glass tree ornaments
    - small toys and dolls (the dollar store is your friend)
    - sprinkle christmas confetti
    - small christmas trees (Michael’s has them)
    - small poinsettias
    - christmas cookies
    - taper candles on either end in white or red (dollar stores have small candle holders)
    - pine cones

    How about using candy canes?

Put a submersable LED red colored light in the vases! they look cool and the guests will love them.

To fill it out i would do three of the vases per table, evenly spaced in the center, crating a line down the center of the table, and a trail of garland around them. that would look beautiful for a Christmas themed wedding, and hopefully wouldn’t cost much extra if your getting a good enough deal on the vases.
