I had a Yankee candle on a hot plate thing and it got knocked over and the wax got all over the carpet of my dorm room.

I left a candle burning in my bedroom and wax dripped onto the floor.. now there’s a large patch set into the carpet.

A few days there was a accident and my candle dumped all over the place and not there is wax all over the carpet, a wooden acoustic guitar, a papison(oval chair) How do I get this off? I read somewhere uses a iron but i dont have one. Any ideas?

The candle got knocked off a table and there is red wax all over the carpet. i thought i should wait for it to dry and get hard then just scratch at it, but it still looks pink :[
