I will be getting married August 30 and will be lighting a candle in memory of my mother, grandparents, and my fiance’s grandmother. What can the preacher say before the candle lighting so people will know what is going on?

My fiance is Vietnamese and I would like to include a tradition, or come up with something unique of our own. My fiance and I are getting married in April and I want to have candles EVERYWHERE! Unfortunatly candles are expensive, so I want to go as cheap as possible without ending up with horrible messy candles that catch on fire! Has anyone used a candle company and liked the result?
my brother and his fiance have candle wax the sits in holders on hot plates around the house, and my nephew who is 7 months pulled a cord when I wasnt looking and sent melted candle wax all down the wall, the back of the tv(but that didnt seem to do any harm) and down to the floor. I know I can scrape it off the floor, but is it possible to get it off the wall with out scrapeing off the paint??? please help!! thank you!
We are getting married in August on a private cruise boat on a lake. We don't want to do a unity candle because of wind. We've thought about pouring sand, but my fiance's sister just did that a week ago at her wedding.
