I have a large glass jar that previously had a candle in it. I removed all the excess wax, but now there is this thick glue at the bottom where the wick was. I was always able to remove this glue in other candles with hot water, but for whatever reason, this glue isn't coming off. I want to use this jar for my wedding for a sand ceremony. I tried using non-acetone nail polish remover which didn't work. Any ideas?
