For those of you who have a Scentsy warmer or know what one is: I ordered a Scentsy warmer (I have not received it yet) but I didn’t really like any of the scents offered. I am a Yankee Candle girl and was wondering if I could use Yankee’s wax tarts in the Scentsy warmer. Have you done this?

I’ve been looking for the beanswax line from yankee candle, but can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know if it’s been discontinued, or maybe it’s only released a few times a year? I’d love to find more, as I only buy soy or beeswax candles and these smell GREAT.

I am a HUGE candle junkie and don’t mind paying more money than most people would for a candle of GOOD quality. I’ve always avoided Yankee Candle because of quite a few bad reviews and stories I’ve heard from friends and family. It seems the main issue is problems with "tunneling" which leaves large amounts of unusable wax on the sides of the jar. I’m wondering if their tumblers…which have 2 wicks rather than one….would burn better. I do like the scents from this company and their semi annual sale starts in a week so I’m trying to decide if I should try them out.
*Also, I don’t really tips on different candle companies to try. I’m familiar with a large majority of them. I also know that soy candles burn better…but again, I’m JUST wanting to know about the Yankee Candles in this question. 10pts for best answer!

I tipped my Yankee Candle over and hot wax got all over my thermal shirt, which is white. DO I throw it out or is there still hope?
aye, I got rid of most of the wax by ironing but this Yankke candle wax stained my white thermal shirt with a dark red now. :’(

My daughter spilled a yankee candle all over my poor dog – how can I remove the wax from his fur?
She is fine – no burn – THANK GOD!

I lit two Autumn scented Yankee candles last night and they smelled like wax! I have never had that happen before. Do the oils in the new candles wear off? Anyway I don’t want a "Yankee Candle" answer and I cannot tolerate Glade candles as they make my nose stuff up and I sneeze. Anyone have experience with soy candles too? I have used Wal-Marts Pumpkin Spice and it is fabulous, but that’s the only one of theirs that I like.

I have one of those scented "Yankee Candle" style candles in the glass jar. It keeps giving off black smoke, which is in turn leaving a black spot on the ceiling above. I have heard about trimming the wick and so forth but this doesn’t seem to have helped. Any tips on proper candle burning that can stop this and help me get the most out of my candle?

I just knocked over a Yankee Candle right after I blew it out. Wet wax splattered all over the painted wall, and down the side of the piano. I used a butter knife to get some of it off the piano, but being very gentle with that, I can’t really help matters much. In perfect timing, I am getting bids on having walls painted, but would like to get the wax off before painting, due to the texture.
