I’ve wax stuck at the bottom and would like to remove them? I tried something like scissors but it’s messy.

Any suggestions besides a sharp object?

Easy. Just run some hot water in a sink or bowl and soak for about 10 minutes or so. The wax will soften and slide right off. It should be solid enough to pick out of the water. Avoid letting it go down your drain!

Clean any remaining residue off using hot water + dish detergent, or just use a spray of glass cleaner and wipe with a cloth or toweling.

put it in the freezer for a couple hours or overnight and then try to pop the wax off with a butter knife

if you freeze them you’re likely to break the glass.

place them in a junky sauce pot and place them in boiling water until melted. then pour out.

  4. Dawn says:

Boil it, the wax will melt and come right off.
