I had a very informal wedding. I did a large votive candle holder and put clear round stones in them and then put orchids ( my bouquet flowers) in them, we did 2 stems of orchids and some leaves from the orchid stems. They where really cute and very inexpensive and looked great on the tables.

There are these oval glass stones they come in different colors, You can put those in the votive. Depending on how large they are you can float small tiger lily’s in them, they also come in many colors.

If you have enough, you can put candy in them, wrap ribbons & tulle circles around the open ends, and use them as favors. Or just use them as candy dishes on the tables.
You could make mini flower arrangements with them, or put a single flower in each.
Or fill them with pretty little glass stones or marbles, and maybe have a tiny battery-powered light bulb glowing from the middles of them.
You could figure out a pretty way to use them to display your table numbers, if you’re having them. Perhaps you could have the table # card holder sticking out of them, and fill the leftover space in the votive with little flowers, candies, ivy, or flower petals.

What are your wedding colors? How about those tiny heart shaped red hot candies? Or beads the colors to match your wedding? use clear epoxy and swirl in wedding confetti, stick in the candle and let it set up? Just some ideas

I like the idea of the clear stones and a couple of flowers. I looked at the picture listed above and it’s very elegant looking. Great idea!
