How to get wax and oil left from wax off of a wall?

It’s flat paint.

First, scrape the cooled wax from the wall.
How you treat the oil and any remaining color is dependent on what the wall’s covered with. If it’s wallpaper, then you have to be a bit more careful about scrubbing.
Paint can be scrubbed with dish soapy water.
You can also try Goo-gone, or DeSolvit on paint.

I’m not so sure maybe you should ask someone you know.
