Oriental Trading has some, also try AC Moore.com, Michaels.com and Jo Ann Fabric.com. They all have candles, holders and much more for weddings. If not there then go to PartyCO.com.
We got ours from Walmart and did the vivotes in a bowl of water, note… if you take the vivotes out of the metal holder, they float in water.
You could try http://www.swellsmells.net. They offer all natural 100% soy candles and often do weddings and receptions. They can customize the color and scent to fit your color scheme. They are awesome about answering questions too. Not all of their products are listed on the site, I know a popular item which is Poly tea lights is not listed. They are popular for weddings etc because they burn for 6+ hours. Just ask them they will help you.
